Club Administration and Management
The successful administration and management of your club is handled
efficiently from members and their swim performance, awards and teaching groups
to registers and reports. Each interface has been designed so that little or no
training is required but having the power to have all the information you need.
You can be up and running in minutes thanks to the STMS configuration wizard
that ensures you enter some basic information about your club. STMS will then
use this information thoughout the program to facilitate member information,
club meetings and reports.
Database Included
Reports
STMS is supplied with a Microsoft Access database. You do not need to have MS
Access installed on your machine. STMS conatains all the underlying structure
that you need.
Reports can be easily access and printed to enable paper copies for management,
coach and members. From an individual member report detailing.
Security
Drag and Drop for ease of use
STMS is supplied with one administrator group by default as part of the system.
From this point on administrators have the ability to grant and revoke
permissions on over 35 points of security either on an individual basis or a
role base level. The easy to use security panel icon indicates the level of
security for each user clearly defined by a green tick or red cross. These
permissions can be changed with a simple click.
Many of the interface screens allow items to be dragged and dropped which saves
time. For example, a whole teaching group that may contain many members (or a
selection of members) can be selected and transfered to a new group.
